The Albert Hall Museum is Rajasthan’s oldest museum. Located in Jaipur’s Ram Niwas Garden, it is a premier example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. Visitors flock there to view its stunning exterior, rich historical artifacts, and 16 galleries showcasing the region’s cultural heritage. It also called the government central Museum. it was considered one of the best 19th century museums for the variety of its collections. it was renovated in 2008 and reopened as one of the most advanced museums in India. Albert Hall’s location in the Ram Niwas Baug literally and figuratively places the building in lineage with Jaipur’s most significant monuments. It is one end of a very visible and public axis of divinity and kingship. At the other end of this axis, lies the temple of Govind Dev Ji, the chief deity of Jaipur.
